Maven Management announced it has opened a new office in the Chicago area to assist with the rapid growth of its lease end service and remarketing business.

Joel Robinson, President of Maven Management stated, “The industry has really embraced our model of being specialists in Agriculture and Construction equipment. As we continue to grow, the Chicago land office will allow us to expand our sources of finding and employing construction and agriculture equipment experts in this, as well as the Milwaukee markets. Equipment Industry experts are key to our model of providing a (3) three pronged sales approach for our customers that includes a pro-active sales and marketing arm that utilizes personal contact with known buyers at the dealer level. Our experts have cultivated these relationships with over (25) twenty-five years of experience in this field and virtually have a Rolodex of potential buyers.”

Maven reported the company has also seen a sharp increase in its desk top valuation business as their experts assist lending institutions with establishing residual values on a deal by deal basis. Robinson added “Not only do we provide our customers a future value based on the term and hour usage, we are also providing day 1 values in the event reserves need to be established for immediate defaults. In addition, in our comprehensive report, we alert the lender to specific components and/or attachments on the collateral that could be an issue if the equipment is returned at the end of the lease. We can advise them how to include language in their return conditions to protect themselves on a piece by piece and deal by deal basis.”

According to the press release, Maven will continue to focus on their core business of assisting lending institutions, manufacturers and dealers of Construction and Agriculture equipment, on a global basis, with all their lease end service and Remarketing needs.
